When you’re fried but everyone else still needs dinner. Frozen dumplings are dumped into a simply delicious sauce, baked until tender and glossy, then finished with scallions, sesame, and basil. Cozy, easy, and dinner-on-the-couch friendly.

Method

Whisk coconut milk, water, garlic, ginger, soy, mirin, sesame oil, oyster sauce & sriracha directly in 9×13.
Add frozen dumplings and arrange in a snug single layer*
Scatter bok choy over top.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake 20 minutes.
Check center dumpling. If not tender, add 2–4 tbsp water, re-cover & bake 10–15 more minutes.
Garnish & go love every bite—then take a nap.
