When you’re fried but everyone else still needs dinner. Frozen dumplings are dumped into a simply delicious sauce, baked until tender and glossy, then finished with scallions, sesame, and basil. Cozy, easy, and dinner-on-the-couch friendly.


Tired Girl Dumpling Dump
Ingredients
- About 30 small frozen dumplings
- 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water + 2–4 tbsp if needed
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 Tablespoon fresh ginger
- 2 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon mirin
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 2 – 3 baby bok choy chopped
Method
- Whisk coconut milk, water, garlic, ginger, soy, mirin, sesame oil, oyster sauce & sriracha directly in 9×13.
- Add frozen dumplings and arrange in a snug single layer*
- Scatter bok choy over top.
- Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake 20 minutes.
- Check center dumpling. If not tender, add 2–4 tbsp water, re-cover & bake 10–15 more minutes.
- Garnish & go love every bite—then take a nap.
