Ingredients

  • About 30 small frozen dumplings
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup water + 2–4 tbsp if needed
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 2 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon mirin
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 2 – 3 baby bok choy chopped

Method

  1. Whisk coconut milk, water, garlic, ginger, soy, mirin, sesame oil, oyster sauce & sriracha directly in 9×13.
  2. Add frozen dumplings and arrange in a snug single layer*
  3. Scatter bok choy over top.
  4. Cover tightly with foil.
  5. Bake 20 minutes.
  6. Check center dumpling. If not tender, add 2–4 tbsp water, re-cover & bake 10–15 more minutes.
  7. Garnish & go love every bite—then take a nap.

Notes

Adjust to shape the size of your pan.
