Method
Remove chicken from the bones & break into bite-sized pieces. Place in a large bowl.
Chop apples into 1/2 inch pieces.
Quarter the grapes.
Finely mince the celery.
Chop the pecans.
Add apples, grapes, celery & pecans to bowl with chicken.
Add mayo & seasonings.
Serve on croissants, rolls or your favorite bread or in a bowl with crackers.
