Method
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 12 cup muffin tin or line with paper liners.
Peel & smash bananas, then mix with mayo, sugars, egg, and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop into greased or paper-lined tins.
Sprinkle with raw sugar.
Bake 18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
