Method
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spread coconut out and place in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until toasted. Watch from 5 minutes on.
Pour cereal, coconut, and almonds into a large bowl coated with spray.
Add butter, sugar, and corn syrup to a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat and stir in salt, vanilla and baking soda.
Pour syrup over cereal mixture and stir to coat evenly.
Pour onto prepared sheet pan and bake 5 minutes, stir, then bake an additional 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle top with sprinkles and M&Ms, pat to make them stick.
Cool completely, then break apart.
Notes
Line sheet tray with parchment unless using a Silpat silicone mat or Caraway pan.
