Buttery caramel toffee coated cereal with toasted coconut & almonds with a few M&M's thrown in. What more could you want in a snack?

Sweet, salty, crispy, crunch and ridiculously delish!

Coconut Almond Crackle
Ingredients
- 1 cup 2 sticks butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup corn syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5 cups Rice Chex
- 2 cups Rice Krispies
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 1/2 cups coconut toasted
- 1 cup M&M’s candies
- sprinkles
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spread coconut out and place in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until toasted. Watch from 5 minutes on.
- Pour cereal, coconut, and almonds into a large bowl coated with spray.
- Add butter, sugar, and corn syrup to a small saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in salt, vanilla and baking soda.
- Pour syrup over cereal mixture and stir to coat evenly.
- Pour onto prepared sheet pan and bake 5 minutes, stir, then bake an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle top with sprinkles and M&Ms, pat to make them stick.
- Cool completely, then break apart.
