Ingredients

  • 1 can 8 ct crescent rolls
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie or cooked/chopped chicken
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded herbed cheddar divided (or plain cheddar + 2 tsp Italian seasoning)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds divided
  • 1 can cream of chicken with herbs soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Fresh parsley – garnish optional

Method

  1. Preheat 350°F and spray 9×9 pan with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, 1⁄2 cheese, 1 tsp poppy seeds, 1 tsp garlic powder, and salt/pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Unroll crescents and divide chicken mixture evenly. Roll from wider end and place in pan. Top with remaining cheese.
  4. Whisk soup, milk, and remaining poppy seeds and pour over top.
  5. Bake uncovered 30 minutes. The top should be bubbly and golden.
