Honey Roasted Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
- 1 cup white chocolate chips or or melting wafers
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup honey roasted peanuts chopped (reserve 2 tablespoons for top)
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
Method
- Melt white chocolate and peanut butter chips, peanut butter and condensed milk in microwave in 30-second intervals or over double boiler.
- Once fully melted, stir in honey.
- Fold in peanuts.
- Press into parchment lined baking dish* and top with remaining peanuts, pressing down.
- Sprinkle with salt if desired.
- Chill 30 minutes then cut in squares to serve.
