Honey Roasted Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or or melting wafers
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup honey roasted peanuts chopped (reserve 2 tablespoons for top)
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk

Method

  1. Melt white chocolate and peanut butter chips, peanut butter and condensed milk in microwave in 30-second intervals or over double boiler.
  2. Once fully melted, stir in honey.
  3. Fold in peanuts.
  4. Press into parchment lined baking dish* and top with remaining peanuts, pressing down.
  5. Sprinkle with salt if desired.
  6. Chill 30 minutes then cut in squares to serve.
